Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or German public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Our standard shipping carrier is DHL. Depending on the destination and the size of your order, we may also use other couriers to offer you the most reliable and cost-effective delivery available.
Perfume is classified as a flammable liquid under transport regulations. This can affect which carrier and shipping method are available for a given destination, and may occasionally limit or delay delivery to certain countries. Where this affects your order, we will inform you.
Germany and the rest of Europe: free standard shipping on all orders.
All other countries: shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on destination and shipping method.
Express or alternative shipping methods, where available, are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude weekends. Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, we aim to deliver your order within a reasonable time from the date of order, worldwide.
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom specifically: this reasonable-time standard is a statutory guarantee, not just our aim — we must deliver without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the date of your order, in accordance with Article 18 of the Consumer Rights Directive (and the equivalent UK regulation).
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom: risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you only once you, or a third party you have indicated, take physical possession of it — not before. This is a statutory protection under Article 20 of the Consumer Rights Directive and cannot be excluded by this policy. We apply this same standard to all customers worldwide as a matter of policy.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit before you receive it, contact us at info@moth-rabbit.com — this is our responsibility to resolve, not yours, and is separate from our Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy, which governs returns of goods you have already received.
Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and included in the total price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, linked to the carrier's own tracking service.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of order — we are unable to redirect or amend an order once it has been dispatched. If you need to correct your address, contact us at info@moth-rabbit.com as soon as possible after placing your order; we may be able to assist before the order ships.
Due to carrier and transport regulations for flammable goods, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses. Delivery to certain remote destinations may also be restricted; we will inform you at checkout if this affects your delivery address.
This policy applies as a single worldwide standard. Where local law in your country of residence provides stronger protection regarding delivery, risk of loss, or delivery timeframes than described here, that local law applies in addition to this policy.
